Cooking Steps
- 1Mix the banana, eggs, milk, almond, cocoa, soda, and salt.
- 2Let the batter rest 5 minutes.
- 3Cook pancakes in a non-stick skillet.
- 4Mix the peanut butter with a tsp of boiling water. Keep mixing in boiling water one tsp at a time until you get to the consistency you like…and drizzle over the top of your pancakes. Top with fresh fruit if you have it!
