Cooking Steps
- 1Start by getting the pasta cooking in salty boiling water.
- 2In a large pan, heat the oil. Add the garlic and onions. Cook until the onions have softened.
- 3Add the artichoke, capers, and anchovy. Cook until heated through.
- 4By this time the pasta should be done.
- 5Drain the pasta and add to the pan along with the rocket, spinach, basil, lemon, chili flakes, and your protein of choice. Toss to coat. Salt and pepper as you like.
