Cooking Steps
- 1Quarter the oranges and place in a pot. Just cover with water and bring to a boil. Simmer for 1 hour. Drain and let cool.
- 2Preheat the oven to 180*C. Line a 26cm cake tin with baking paper.
- 3Blitz the oranges and mint in a food processor.
- 4Combine all the ingredients. Pour into the prepared pan and bake for 45 minutes.
- 5Looks great topped with freeze dried fruit! Also great topped with Greek yoghurt.
