  1. Start by getting the pasta cooking in salty boiling water.
  2. In a large pan, heat the oil. Add the garlic and onions. Cook until the onions have softened.
  3. Add the artichoke, capers, and anchovy. Cook until heated through.
  4. By this time the pasta should be done.
  5. Drain the pasta and add to the pan along with the rocket, spinach, basil, lemon, chili flakes, and your protein of choice. Toss to coat. Salt and pepper as you like.
