Pancakes with a Punch

Eggs, ground almond, & peanuts for protein, vitamins, minerals, and healthy fat. Cocoa for phytonutrients. Banana for vitamins, minerals, and fiber. Yum!

Cooking Steps

  1. Mix the banana, eggs, milk, almond, cocoa, soda, and salt.
  2. Let the batter rest 5 minutes.
  3. Cook pancakes in a non-stick skillet.
  4. Mix the peanut butter with a tsp of boiling water. Keep mixing in boiling water one tsp at a time until you get to the consistency you like…and drizzle over the top of your pancakes. Top with fresh fruit if you have it!
